The writing habit that has helped me most in 2025 is one I will be embracing in 2026. It’s easy to feel stuck or overwhelmed or to suffer from writer’s block alternating with imposter syndrome, and sometimes I just need to take a breath and get out of my own head. Staring blankly at nature helps me.
